Dear soon-to-be fit friend,

My name is Dexter Tenison and I want to be radically honest with you. I am NOT one of those "skinny" guy, only been an athlete, can't relate to you fitness trainers that has never had to deal with a weight issue themselves. I am here to tell you I came into the fitness industry after fighting weight gain not once, but twice!

Dexter BeforeMy first attempt to successful weight loss stemmed from slowly gaining more weight as I was in college. You see, I was considered a "chunky" kid, one that always had to wear husky size pants. This trend got even worse when I got to college and I had no eating structure. Before my junior year, I weighed near 300 pounds. I honestly stopped weighing myself because it was too painful to know. With a year long teaching assignment my junior year in China, I had the ability to focus on myself and literally transform my body. My friends didn't recogize me when I came off the plane!

Old habits die hard and I slowly got back into eating only high fat and high sugar foods. My trips to the gym began to vanish. I got into the routine of working, going home, eating, and then going to sleep. Repeating this cycle for a little more than a year caused me to gain all my weight back plus some! At that time, I had injuried my low back and personal relationship issues just made things worse. I went on like this for a couple more months, but I decided that enough was enough! I knew I needed help, so I sought the help of a personal trainer.

Dexter NowThis person helped me stay consistent and taught me proper technique and the most effective way to lose fat and speed metabolism through exercise. Since I didn't really like cardiovascular activities, I enrolled in martial arts. This group environment taught me to stay accountable to my goals. Plus, all of the classmates and I became friends. We built each other up! About 6 months passed, and I had lost nearly 70 pounds on the scale and over 100 pounds in fat! The personal trainer took notice in my ability to help others while reaching my own goals and decided to give me a fitness trainer position at his studio. This was my life-changing event. I got to help other people do the same things I did that not only helped them lose unwanted fat, but become healthier for themselves and their loved ones. I loved it so much, I decided to get my master's degree in sports science, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, while getting to intern with some of the very best fitness professionals in the industry!

Here's the best part, I spent years literally helping so many people in the Memphis area, I decided I wanted to find an option that would reach out to more people and have a greater impact in their lives. That's why I opened Memphis Adventure Boot Camp! Women are faced with the most challenges and still to this day, they are told that they shouldn't do certain exercises because will make them look manly or something crazy like this. To boot, so many women do so many crazy diets, they literally destroy their metabolisms and they wonder why nothing works for them! This is why Memphis Adventure Boot Camp was made available. We want to help you shed those pounds, be there for your family, and be confident in everything you do! We want you to have lifelong results forever! This is what I now have I want you to have it too! Do this for you! You will be so glad you did!

I look forward to working with you future camper!

"My body fat went from around 19% to 12%! wow!"

Sandra HannaI think if you were to ask my friends about me before I started Memphis Adventure Fitness Bootcamp they would tell you that I was someone who was pretty active and enjoyed working out. Usually 5-6 days a week after work I was at the gym and on weekends I would be running some sort of race around Memphis with my friends. At that time I felt like in was in good shape, I ate fairly well, haha minus my love for Chick-fi-la, and for the most part I was happy with how I looked. But there was one day when I was like really, why is my body not changing anymore. It was like it was stuck and had stopped responding to my workouts!! I wanted to be more lean and toned and it was just not happening.

About that time a girlfriend from work told me that she had purchased a Groupon for a bootcamp that was 4 weeks. So I thought, what the heck, and purchased one too. That was 5 months, 7lbs., 2 sizes, and about 13 inches ago!!!! My body fat also went from around 19% to 12%!! wow!! I feel absolutely amazing!! A few things I love about bootcamp is that it is not just a regular "gym" type workout. Dexter and his staff do all that they can to make sure you get the best workout possible. They will correct your form, answer nutritional questions and modify the workouts for you if you are struggling. It is like having your own personal trainer.

I would recommend Memphis Adventure Fitness Bootcamp to all women of all ages and sizes. Dexter makes you feel so comfortable and will do all that he can to ensure you get he rests you want!! Thank you so much for helping me achieve a more lean and sculpted body!! I feel fantastic!!

"During the program, I ran six 5k races and won three medals"

Cyndy Before & AfterThe success and accomplishments I made while going to Dexter were above what I ever expected. I started Dexter’s program with a couple of goals in mind, learn how to resistance train correctly and safely, gain muscle strength to become a stronger runner and avoid injury, and lose fat without starving myself. I am in my 40s, had not run or done any consistent exercise for a couple of years. My muscles had become hidden under a layer or two of fat.

Before I started the program, I really was not aware resistance training made such a positive impact on running performance, fat burning and overall sense of well being. I used to think a good cardio workout was enough. It did not take long for me to see the benefits of resistance training. Two months after starting Dexter’s program, I started to run 5K races. I had run a couple of 5K races a few years ago finishing in 32 to 34 minutes. I thought I would never be able to finish in under thirty minutes. Resistance training helped me accomplish this. During the eighteen week program, I ran six 5K races and won three medals in my age group, two third place and one first place (with a time of 27 minutes and 39 seconds). It is incredible the amount of strength, speed and endurance I have gained just by adding resistance training.

In terms of diet and nutrition, I have never gone hungry following Dexter’s diet and nutrition advice. I have changed my attitude about diet and food. I do not count calories or weight myself anymore. My focus is on fueling my body frequently with a balance of good foods.

Dexter’s combination of correct nutrition, resistance training and cardiovascular exercise have all worked together to give me a strong, lean energy efficient body.

"I could see measurable progress; increase in stamina, weight I could lift, and body shape."

Carolyn C. Before & AfterI have always struggled with weight. There were a couple of years when I was single; I dieted diligently and was able to bike and swim rather regularly. I looked pretty good for a 27 year old. Other than those 2 years I’ve always struggled.

I work with a nurse who was training with Dexter. She had changed the way she looked rather dramatically; she had biceps, shapely calves, a flat stomach, and apparently lost a bit of weight. We discussed our common weight issues, previous attempts at weight loss and found we were alike. Her energy and enthusiasm about her work with Dexter was contagious. She urged meet Dexter to see what he had to offer. So in I went with an open mind and a need to do something positive about my health and fitness.

I have never felt this fit, even at 27, or had this sense of achievement about my physical condition.  I felt a weekly sense of achievement. Over progressive weeks I could see measurable progress; the increase in stamina, weight I could lift, and my body shape. I am hungry for foods that feed me nutritionally, knowing that my muscles and body need specific balanced foods.

Those of us who’ve struggled typically want a fast and easy solution to change the way we look. It doesn’t happen; it doesn’t exist. Rome wasn’t built in a day, we didn’t get big over night, and there is NO quick fix.

Thanks to Dexter, I have accomplished changes in my body and fitness that I have not been able to do on my own.

- Carolyn C.

"After a few weeks, I began to lose inches all over and became so happy!"

Angela OrsoI have lost weight in the past doing other programs but I never was tone and fit like I wanted to be. I wanted to look my best for my wedding coming up and I came to Dexter for help. Dexter was very considerate of my desires and needs and he taught me all aspects about living a healthier lifestyle in order to become leaner and more toned. After a few weeks, I began to lose inches all over and became so happy! Continuing working with Dexter, I still lost inches and it got to a point that I had to tell Dexter if I lost any more inches, I would not be able to wear my wedding dress because it could not be altered any further!

To make a long story short, I was ready for my wedding day and I looked and felt so good! If you want someone to get you ready for your big day, Dexter is your choice!

"I have increased upper body strength, lost body fat, can complete a mile run and even hold a plank for longer than 9 seconds!"

My friend Brenda asked me if I would be interested in a "boot camp" exercise program.  She had started going to Memphis Adventure Boot Camp and she told me it was a lot of fun and it’s for just women. She said, "We could do it together. It will be fun!" Sounds like fun.....

Well, she said it meets at 5:30 in the morning for a whole hour. I remember saying to Brenda "I couldn’t possibly get out of a warm bed to exercise!"  I remember thinking "I am not doing that! That’s crazy!"  I didn’t think about it anymore. A few weeks went by and I had gotten a call from Brenda. She said, "Hey Honour it’s ‘bring a buddy day’ at boot camp. Please come!" She asked me twice. FInally, I told her I would support her and I would come to that Wednesday class. Yes, I did attend the class, and had a fun time. You know, 60 minutes is a long time! I thought it would never end!! My whole body was sore from that workout.

What happened that morning was a turning point for me! I realized how out-of-shape I was and how difficult it was to keep up with the group.   Yes, I am overweight and out-of-shape and am in need of exercise. It’s tough being over 50, working a full time job, taking care of everyone else. I am exhausted when I get home. I don’t have time to exercise. Yes, that was my excuse. I couldn’t tell you the last time I had actually exercised. Walking my dog around the block for 15 minutes doesn’t count.

Would you believe I decided I needed to sign up for "boot camp"!? I had to decide on a 3-day a week exercise plan or jump into the 5-day a week exercise plan. I struggled for a few days trying to make that decision. I thought if I do the 5-day plan I could get faster results and get rid of this menopause weight that has been bothering me for years. I finally decided to go for the 5-day exercise plan. Yes, that’s a total of 20 days of getting out of a warm bed at 5:00 in the morning and arriving for class on time at 5:30 every day! Well, I am happy to tell you that I have completed an entire camp! I feel well, I have more energy, I am happy. Even my clothes fit better! I have since signed up for my second 5-day camp exercise session. I am seeing results! I have increased upper body strength, lost body fat, I can complete a mile run and even hold a plank for longer than 9 seconds! For me, this has been a great exercise adventure. My thanks to Dexter. They have helped me reach my goals!

"...my pants easily button, my shirts feel roomier, I even show off newly found muscles to my husband"

Back in September, I discovered my fall/winter wardrobe had gotten, well, slightly more than a little snug. It seemed strange, since I had been making regular appearances in my bathing suit all summer. Still, there was no denying the truth: an immense divide yawned between the button and button hole of my waistband.

In search of a remedy, I saw a link on Facebook to Memphis Adventure Boot Camp for Women (ABC). One look at the 5:30 a.m. start time, and I knew there was no way I could do it. After all, I work full-time, do freelance writing on the side, and try to keep up with the day-to-day care and feeding (not to mention entertainment) of my two wild boys, Satchel and Jiro. I was already operating on less than seven hours of sleep each night; how could I give up two more?

But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that 5:30 in the morning was about the only time I wasn’t scheduled to be somewhere — except in bed. If I was going to incorporate regular exercise into my routine, it would have to be then. So I signed up to attend a four-week boot camp that met Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. I dug out my tennis shoes, bought a set of 3-lb. weights and a yoga mat, and set my alarm clock for 5 a.m.

However, by Week 4, things level off. My body clock adjusts, making my new schedule feel more normal. I also start to notice little things: my pants easily button, my shirts feel roomier, I even show off newly found muscles to my husband. I haven’t lost any weight, but I definitely look more toned. I even manage to shave off a minute and a half from my timed mile.

"I felt stronger, my aches and pains were all but gone, and I was pretty darn upbeat!"

I have not "tried it all." I've always felt like I knew what the secret to a healthy body was: burn more calories than you take in and I figured I was just too weak to stick with it.  I have tried Weight Watchers several times before and it has worked, but I've never kept the weight off long haul.

I started to have persistent aches and pains that never went away and I decided (and my body agreed) that we were supporting as much weight as was possible and something needed to be done.  At the end of last summer I picked up a Memphis Flyer and saw the ad for Memphis Adventure Boot Camp.  This seemed liked the kick in the pants I needed.

I participated in the first two boot camps and immediately had more energy, I felt stronger, my aches and pains were all but gone, and despite two entire months of rain, I was pretty darn upbeat!  But the weight was not coming off like I hoped.  I figured that since I was working my butt off I didn't really need to be so vigilant about the nutritional aspect of boot camp; I was wrong!  During our "off week" between camps two and three I decided to change that.  I started tracking the fat/carb/protein ratios of my food, eating every 3-4 hours and my metabolism has kicked in to high gear!  Memphis Adventure Boot Camp has helped me develop eating and exercise habits that are starting to become second nature; "it's 5 a.m., time to wake up and exercise!".  There are no shortcuts to losing body fat, you need to eat healthfully and eat to support muscle growth and get your body moving!  The encouragement from Dexter and his staff and most of all, the other boot campers is awesome and with their help I feel confident I am creating a life long habits that will help me live a long and healthy life!

"It feels like a big family of girls!!"

When I saw the ad for the boot camp in Skirt! magazine, I though two things: it would be out of my budget and in would only be in Collierville or Germantown. I was wrong! It was right here in Memphis. I signed up for the 5-day camp thinking I would only go two days. Wrong again! I was hooked the first day. It was so much fun! I feel so happy when I leave each Memphis Adventure Boot Camp class. I’m usually the first person to drive up and Dexter is there waiting with his huge grin. His staff is great also! I feel like they really care about every one of us. I’m 48 and I feel I really have to step everything up a notch to stay healthy. This is the best thing I have ever done. I’ve met some wonderful girls. It feels like a big family of girls!! Poor Dexter!! Oh, by the way, this is my third camp!!!

"I have lost 12.5% overall body fat."

Just a few thoughts about my experience with your program and Memphis Adventure Boot Camp.

I will be 69 years old in two weeks.  I am diabetic and a serious kidney stone producer.  One year ago I was an emotional and physical wreck. The constant struggle with weight control and the repeated attacks and pain with the stones had completely worn me down.

Our local newspaper had a feature article about Dexter and his program to help people "Be Better."  I decided to give him a call and I have never regretted that decision.  I don't know if it was his apparent knowledge about the body and exercise, his positive approach to addressing problems, his constant push to "Be Better," or his simplistic approach to diet, but something clicked.  Dexter worked with me and my husband to develop an exercise plan that we could maintain both at home and on the road when we traveled in our RV.  We worked his plan.

When Dexter started the Adventure Boot Camp for Women, he encouraged me to join.  I was very skeptical because of my age in relation to other participants and I really had reservations about the 5:30 a.m. start time. I am so glad I joined the class.  The group support and encouragement have been great. I may not be able to do everything but I do what I can and just keep trying to "Be Better."

I have lost 17 lb. but I am most proud of the fact that I have lost 12.5% overall body fat.  My blood sugar levels have stopped bouncing around and I have been able to maintain good blood pressure which is a key issue for diabetics. For the first time in over five years my triglycerides  are in the normal range.  I am a different and much improved person than I was one year ago.  I am smaller, stronger, healthier, and happier.

Thanks Dexter and his staff!

"I highly recommend it to anyone"

Boot camp sounded very unappetizing at first, but a friend who had already completed one month was opting in for another, so I decided to join her. I knew that with my work and family schedule and my desire to see relatively quick results, I would have to try a radical approach to an exercise routine. The occasional yoga class, Saturday hike and evening stroll were hardly enough to maintain my preferred fitness and energy levels. Boot camp was the solution.

I had a group of women expecting me to show up each day and encouraging me to keep going. Sleeping in wasn’t an option when a friend was waiting on me, so I stopped fighting the alarm clock and established a routine. Many levels of fitness were represented at boot camp, and it was all women (except Dexter), so there wasn’t the self-consciousness that can occur in a gym. Dexter made the exercises hard enough, but not so hard that I got discouraged.  By going to boot camp so early in the morning, I felt like I had gained an hour that no one else had. At first I made up for it by going to sleep earlier, but now, I just have that extra time. When I get home from a work-out, I don’t feel guilty about taking the time for myself because I haven’t missed anything! I highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you want a real kick-start to long-term fitness or have trouble fitting in exercise to an already busy evening schedule.

"Dexter has allowed me to enjoy a quality of life I didn't think I could achieve."

Betty Eason Before & AfterWorking with Dexter and later joining his Memphis Adventure Boot Camp has allowed me to enjoy a quality of life I didn't think I could achieve. I have completely reduced or eliminated medications that I thought I would have to be on the rest of my life. I have lost inches and I feel so much better now!

"Fraser has lost 41 pounds since that day in April, and she has a whole new sense of self."

Carla Fraser Before & AfterI had started thinking I hadn't been taking care of myself and that I needed to lose weight. The reunion helped motivate me. It was like a magic wand, or someone just threw him down in front of me and said, 'OK, this is the next step'. This is what you should do. The first class I couldn't even do a modified push-up. Now I'm doing roll push-ups. I feel better. I'm much happier. Not that I wasn't happy before. I definitely have more energy.

Most women in the class have the same problem or are in the same situation. Some have been there longer than others, but all are there for the same reason. They're there to get fit. He offers a separate nutrition seminar and goes over what he sent a little more in detail so everyone understands what they're doing. We've done a grocery tour. People don't realize reading labels on everything makes a huge difference.

It's not what I thought it would be. He's not a drill sergeant. He will push you, especially when he knows you can do better. I've never done the same class twice. I don't like to miss a workout. It really upsets me if I miss.

The main thing I want is more firming and toning. As long as I get that done, I'll be fine with it. I'm not getting on the scale anymore.

The reunion was two weeks ago. It was great. I loved it. I felt proud I didn't show up fat.

- Carla Fraser

"I am at 19% body fat, down from 29.55%...replaced sixteen pounds of fat and exchanged it with muscle!"

Fast Food and dating don't have to be fattening...the path to a bikini bodyAs my story goes, in 2001, I got a fantastic job working for a fast food company (where part of my job is sampling the food ?) and traveling to different cities where my restaurants were located (including eating out on the company dime ?). I love the job and when I got it, I was newly divorced where the only thing I really ate was the breath mint after my glass/glasses of wine and of course, an occasional 3:00 a.m. trip to Krystal. At that time, I still could get in to my little 'club' clothes and never thought there would be a day that I couldn't. ? Fast forward to 2005 Memphis BBQ Fest, I hook back up with my high school sweetheart and after a few conversations and a few dates, we started going out again....lots of nice dinners, entertaining with friends and drinking waaayyyy too much, with little or no exercise through the next five years...know the story? The final straw was when a trip to the lake last summer opened my eyes....someone snapped an agonizing shot of me in a bathing suit....why doesn't anyone tell you that you shouldn't wear a bikini....Come on man!

In the past I have tried gym workouts, biking, aerobics classes, Zumba, swimming, jogging and even some dieting. I love food but my real weakness is that I really love to cook (I get that from my mom) so at 46, why should I change what I eat or how I cook? Duh?! I quickly answered that question after the bathing suit picture....guess I get that from my mom too!!!!!! (no offense, Mom)

INFAMOUS 2010 BATHING SUIT PICTURES

So it begins....

At the end of August, I signed up with Memphis Adventure Boot Camp on a Groupon offer. I was hell-bent on getting fifteen pounds off me and get me back in to the 'club' clothes that I fit into years ago. As I mentioned, I travel with my job, so getting to more than one or two boot camp classes a week was pretty tough. As the months went past, my travel lessened and my enthusiasm for working-out increased. I made new friends (beneficial since I cut all my other girlfriends off when I started dating) and started feeling pretty energetic. I got up to three afternoon classes a week by December but was saddened when I didn't see those fifteen pounds disappear. Yea, I know it took more than three months to put on the weight, why should it take less to drop it? Dexter did assure me that it wasn't about the lb. number (btw, 162.8) but that it was my body type (at least he didn't say I was big-boned). I needed to remove fat and replace it with muscle and it would take a little time to do so. Do eating Frito Chili Wraps and Watermelon Creme Slushes help with that? Not.

So it begins.....no...really...IT begins

January 1, New Year's resolution, do not DIET because I DIE when I do so but change my eating habits, add another day to my weekly workout and make more new friends. Check. Take a few before pictures and send them in to Dexter, which by the way, is creepy. Sending pictures of your fat stomach and legs to some guy you barely know?! Try explaining that one to your boyfriend!!!! Check anyway.

January 2011...Before

image 3 goes here

February 1, gained 2 1/2 lbs. HUH?....BUT SEEING A LITTLE SOMETHING....losing inches all over my body, arms, legs, and FINALLY, noticing my middle-aged woman food baby disappearing. Seeing an actual waist, not a muffin-top or mountain....why does fat have to have food names? Getting kind of used to the change of eating habits, cutting back on sugars, eating lots of fiber, still like my occasional potato chips but adding more proteins and less bad carbs to my eating. Send another round of creepy fat old lady pics to Dexter. Boo!

March 1, here comes the 14 Day Fat Flush and boy, talk about kicking it in to high gear! Cut out refined flour and sugars, which means no pasta, no bread, no ice cream or processed snacks and no alcohol....woe, woe, woe....I can't do that! I LOVE my wine, so I compromised and traded off my sugary wine for Diet Cranberry.... five calories a serving and two grams of sugar and a shot of VODKA. Don't know about calorie/sugar content on the vodka part but don't care ? Send in more pictures to Dexter but this time, seeing something that looks like ribs. Nah...yea?...I think they are ribs....without the BBQ sauce! March 16, last day of the Fat Flush, weigh-in time, WOW, three pounds lost but five pounds of fat in two weeks and gained more muscle!!!!! Time to measure me with, what I like to call the 'fat grabber', additional loss in my arms, legs, and waist FINALLY!!!!!

March 2011....After

image 2 goes here

Since beginning Memphis Adventure Boot Camp in September 2010, I have lost 6 lbs. in weight (not discouraged by the number) BUT in that same six months, I am at 19% body fat, down from 29.55%. 'Fat-grabber' says 10 in the arms vs. 16 in September, 18 in the waist, down from 30, 16 in the thigh, down from 28 and replaced sixteen pounds of fat that I had six months ago and exchanged it with muscle. In addition, I have dropped one pants size, down to a 6 and feeling pretty darned confident that that bikini picture is going to look a lot better from behind this time!!!!

Thanks to Dexter and the Memphis Adventure Boot Camp for making my workouts tough as hell, but a fun and exciting way to shape up your body, tone those tank-top arms, flatten that middle-age stomach and meet some new people that are just like you!

What if I can't attend all the days offered?
I know you'll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can't make it five days a week, at least do your best to attend three days a week. We have seen participants achieve significant results while attending three days a week.

What if I'm too busy and don't have time to come?
Professionally speaking…after working with hundreds of clients over the years we have found that "I don't have time" really means "I'd like to procrastinate a little longer." The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Ask yourself this: I'm I finally ready?

Ok, you make a good point... what do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 or 8 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at WAL*MART, Target, Sports Authority or other sports equipment stores. There are businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.

What can I expect to achieve?
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you'll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and "bloat" and increase confidence.

How is this different than the local health club?
Memphis Adventure Boot Camp for Women is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. It's for women only and unlike a traditional health club you won't encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment. And best of all we are the ONLY fitness and weight loss program in the area to offer a "see results or get aanother month on us" guarantee! Lean more about our amazing guarantee here!

How often can I attend?
The 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM boot camps run five days week, Monday - Friday, and the 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM boot camps run four nights a week, Monday - Thursday. We suggest that you attend 4-5 days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least three days per week.
*Note: Class times are based on availability.*

Can I pay per workout or just when I come?
No. The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently, right? We've found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your boot camp. The best motivator is knowing that you're going to have a ton of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another life changing workout!

How do I sign up now?
You can register instantly online by clicking here. You will be contacted to set up an appointment prior to starting camp. You can reach us at 901-214-5573 or dexter@dextertenisonfitness.com if you have any questions.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you'll find that you're no longer sore.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a full 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. Try Memphis Adventure Boot Camp for 30 days, and if you aren't happy with the results that you're getting - just let us know and we'll give you a full refund!

What is a typical day like at camp?
In one word ? FUN! However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time its difficult to describe a "typical day." You can expect some light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training. On wild card days, you will hike, crawl, lunge, and have a fun time while burning a ton of fat and meeting new people. It's always an adventure!

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first 30 days.

Does the camp ever end?
Memphis Adventure Boot Camp is an ongoing program. After all it's a lifestyle change. You're welcome to join for a little as one month or stay on board for the long haul like 85% of our members.

What type of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Whether you have a few vanity pounds to lose or 50 plus pounds you'll find Memphis Adventure Boot Camp the perfect program to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goal!

I have kids. Can they attend classes too?
Currently our boot camp is for age 18 and up. Children and teenagers need special attention when participating in an exercise program, and currently our classes are only geared towards adults. We may add classes for children and teenagers in the future, so feel free to subscribe to our email list for updates!

Do you have childcare?
Unfortunately, we do not have childcare at this time.

What if I have other questions?
You can always call us at 901-214-5573 or email us at dexter@dextertenisonfitness.com and we would be more than happy to answer any additional questions that you may have. Dexter, I'm Ready, How Much Does It Cost And How Do I Get Started!

If you were to work with me or anyone of my personal trainers one-on-one you'd pay at least $550-$700/month. Even if you worked with a mediocre personal trainer you'd easily pay at least $400/month (for an inferior workout). And you'd be hard pressed to find a personal trainer out there who would put his money where his mouth is and guarantee your results like I do.

Yes Dexter, even if it cost one million dollars for my health and happiness, it would be worth it.

But the good news is that you won't pay anywhere near what the typical trainer charges for one-on-one training. Instead your investment is as little as $167 a month - That's just $5.56 a day... by registering here.

And when you get started before , as a bonus, I'll throw in the first week of Boot Camp FREE! (A value of $149.75 in FREE bonuses) And to once-and-for-all remove all doubt about the effectiveness of my program, I'm backing this whole thing up with my HASSLE FREE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!

That's How Committed To Your Success I Am, And That's How Much I Believe In This Program!
